HOW TO CHANGE YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS ON BIDBOX

1. Open the Bidbox app and log in using the account that you have. In the initial screen, please select the Account menu and Select the Security menu (as shown in the picture)

2. Choose the Modify Email meu (as shown in the picture)

3. Input your new email address in the first column (as shown in the picture). Click “Get OTP” in the second column to get an OTP An OTP will be sent to your new email, Input the OTP Code in this column (as shown in the picture). Then, click “Get OTP” again in the third column. An OTP will be sent to your old email address. Input the OTP Code in this column (as shown in the picture). Click confirm to finish.
